Talent can revoke employer access at any time.

Consent-gated data is the most sensitive tier and is shared only after talent explicitly approves access for a specific employer. This includes: • Full legal name • Email address and phone number • Resume and CV documents • Portfolio links and GitHub profiles • LinkedIn profile and professional references Each access request is logged, and talent receives a notification whenever an employer requests this level of information.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide and maintain our talent matching services • Process and respond to inquiries and consultation requests • Match talents with relevant employer opportunities • Communicate updates, opportunities, and platform changes • Improve our platform, vetting processes, and matching algorithms • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
